Frontispiece is brighter, but is moderately foxed. Binding is firm. Pencil inscriptions to front free endpaper, with label to pastedown opposite. Slight tearing to rear pastedown. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Moderate crushing and slight splitting to spine ends. Moderate rubbing and scuffing overall, with some noticeable marks also. Gilt remains bright.
