Pages bright with some tanning and foxing, particularly to textblock edges and endpapers. Some cracking to hinges with exposed netting. Binding slightly loose. Some front endpapers missing. Boards have heavy shelf wear with bumping and fraying to corners, crushing to spine ends and rubbing and heavy staining (clay?) all over. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear.
