Gilt applied to top edge of text block, remaining sides are rough cut. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing, mild to end-papers and text-block edges. Minor pencil marking to front paste-down. Binding firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Moderate tanning to spine.
