Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Map is moderately tanned to reverse side with light scuffing to edges. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Book is bowed and forward leaning. Moderate tanning to spine and edges. Heavy water staining to boards.
