Minor water staining to bottom edge of first few pages, text is unaffected. Previous owner's inscription in pen to front endpaper. Frontispiece is bright and clear, with minor water marks to edges. Boards have slight edge wear with corner bumping. Mild tanning to spine and edges with minor crushing to spine ends. Minor water drops overall. Silver lettering is bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean. Clipped dust jacket designed by Margaret Wetherbee. Mild wear, tear and loss to edges and corners. Notable foxing to insides, with faint black marks to rear.
