Pages are bright with moderate tanning to free endpapers and text block edges. Former owner's inscription to front free endpaper, with a few small nicks and creases along text block edge. Gutters are moderately cracked with binding exposed. Binding remains firm. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with slight bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a pronounced forward lean and bow. Water drops down spine.
