1911. No Edition Remarks. 437 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Half bound red leather with red cloth covered boards. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Black and white photographs throughout. Map to rear has been torn out - only the bottom corner, showing Bombay, remains. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and photographs have medium tanning and light foxing throughout. All plates have a library stamp on reverse. Map to final page has heavy tears and is largely lost. Boards have pronounced shelf-wear with bumping and loss to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing to spine ends with joints starting to crack. Moderate water and ring marks front and rear. Book has a pronounced forward lean.
