More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Moderate cracking to gutters causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Small pencil mark to page 61; text unaffected. Visible staining and creasing to hinges. A few dog-eared corners and slight creases. Boards have visible corner bumping and edgewear with mild chipping, tanning and scuffing overall. Noticeable peeling to leather and paper. Spine has heavier rubbing and tanning with soft splitting, chipping and crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean.
