Expected library inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Rough cut pages. From the Tudor Translations series, vol XVII. Introduction by Charles Whibley. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Dusty pastedowns. A few edge tears and creases, as expected with rough cut paper. Boards have heavy edge wear, with intense bumping and rubbing to corners, while spine ends are very crushed and frayed. Scratched, rubbed and mottled overall. Spine is heavily sunned. Strips of sunning front and rear. Gilt is bright.
