Gilt upper text block edge. Pages have mild tanning and moderate foxing throughout. Moderate cracking to gutters, with exposed netting. Pencil inscription to front pastedown and endpaper. Moderate tanning to endpapers. Moderate tanning and foxing to text block edges. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Heavy scratching and marking to boards, including notable water stain to rear board. Leather is moderately rubbed with chipping and wear to joints. Small tear to upper rear joint. Small area of loss to head of spine.
