Text block edge is moderately foxed. Previous owner's inscription to reverse of frontispiece. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering has become dull. Book has a slight forward lean. Front board warped.
