Book dated 1750 in pen to bottom edge of title page. Pages are noticeable tanned with visible foxing throughout. Binding remains firm. Small tears with minor chipping and small areas of loss to top edge of pages 7-16 and half title page - all pages have been reinforced with new paper. Text is unaffected. Occasional thumb-marking. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Leather peeling across spine and to edges. Faint black marks overall.
