Board is slightly loose, however it remains firmly attached. Slight crinkling and cracking to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Substantial area of loss to front free endpaper. Pen inscription to front pastedown. Small brown marks to pages, slightly more pronounced towards the start of the book, including title page. However, text is unaffected. Pages are lightly tanned with mild foxing. More pronounced to text block edges. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Visible sunning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Water staining to both boards. Book has a slight forward lean.
