Allan Ahlberg is one of the most acclaimed and successful authors of children's books, and his titles include The Jolly Postman and Half a Pig, which his daughter, Jessica, illustrated. He lives in Bath. Katharine McEwen studied illustration at Kingston University. She has now illustrated many children's picture books with her bold and striking style. She lives in Kent.
