The Legal Aid Handbook 1998/99 is the official guide of the former Legal Aid Board to legal aid practice in England and Wales on matters begun under the Legal Aid Act 1988. It is an indispensable guide for those seeking or receiving legal aid, as well as for those opposing assisted persons.
