Julie Hay has been active within the transactional analysis community for many years. She is a past president of both the European and the International Transactional Analysis Associations. She served as Vice Chair of the UK-based Institute of Transactional Analysis and was one of the three founders and then inaugural chairperson of the UK-based Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis. In 2009 she founded the International Centre for Developmental Transactional Analysis - see www.icdta.net. Julie has designed several TA qualifications that she provides in cooperation with an international group of TA colleagues, all of whom have accreditation from the International and/or European Associations. She regularly works in other countries and is available as a pro bono `travelling trainer' under the auspices of ITAA and EATA for groups in economically-disadvantaged areas of the world. Julie provides consultancy services, coaching and supervision by arrangement. In addition to transactional analysis, Julie has many years experience of designing and running assessment and development centres, and of setting up in-house mentoring and coaching schemes. She is also a Licensed NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Trainer. She was a founder and then President 2006-2008 of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
