She is the author of 15 cookbooks published worldwide, including Smoothies and Paella and other Spanish Rice Dishes for Ryland Peters & Small, and is a contributor to numerous magazines in Australia and the UK. Her recipes and articles on food have been featured in delicious (UK and Australia), Taste and Gourmet Traveller magazines, as well as the Metro. She was based in Sydney, Australia for over a decade, but recently relocated to the town of Brie in France.
